Great hotel, great staff, perfect location, just wish the pool and bar were ready.
The staff was very accommodating and fast. Anything you needed they were very quick to get it for you.
The hot water never really got hot. And even after they fixed it, it was still lukewarm. However they were very quick with fixing the problem. Also wish the pool and bar were open. It would make the hotel a 10/10 if they had those 2 things.

This Hotel was charging $9 dollars per breakfast every day and there are better Hotels around like MS Hotel that charge almost the same amount per night and included breakfast, I went around the Hotel 3 blocks from there and get a better breakfast for $4 dollars. They charged $9 ($37,000 Cop) and I get for ($16,000 COP) So it's a lack of respect for Customers. Also around the living room and closet there is not light, need to put better ceiling lights or lamps around there in evert room, was too dark
Did not like the amount they charged for breakfast $9 dollars and I got better breakfast 3 blocks from there for $4 dollar and MS Hotel around there have the same price x night and included breakfast..NOT GOOD
